o When I print my filing sheet the lines and graphics do not print. Why?
o After having input my filing sheet I click on the send button and my filing sheet does not appear for printing. Why?

When I print my filing sheet the lines and graphics do not print. Why?
Internet Explorer must have the setting "Print Background Colors and Images" enabled in order for the lines and graphics to print. Please contact your local IT Administrator to enable this setting.

After having input my filing sheet I click on the send button and my filing sheet does not appear for printing. Why?
All pop-up blockers must be disabled in order for your completed filing sheet to appear for printing. Please contact your local IT Administrator to disable all pop-up blockers.

I cannot find a filing sheet I created earlier in the day. Can I re-print it online?
Yes. From the filing sheet entry screen click on the ¡°Search¡± tab and this should bring up all filing sheets created in the current day by your user.

I am having trouble logging in. Who can I contact to verify my logon and password information?
